
Hi, I'm Kashmira (she/her). And Munnsense Counselling is my warm little way of offering online therapy and psychological counselling services. Marketing my services isn't one of my strongest suits, to be honest. What I am big on is psychology, and the silent magic of healing. I'm a trauma-informed therapist with an MA in Criminal & Forensic Psychology, BA in Psychology & Anthropology, and an advanced training in Evidence-Based Psychotherapy.
I started Munnsense Counselling because I found myself drawn to the quiet transformations that happen when people feel safe, seen, heard, and curious about their own inner world.
In my therapy sessions, I use a blend of body-based techniques, mindfulness tools, parts work, values-based exploration, and a deeply client-centered approach. This helps create a safe, supportive space where we can gently work toward bringing about a meaningful change that you seek.

What types of concerns can I bring to therapy?
You can talk about literally anything that's bothering you. Anxiety, burnout, overthinking, relationship problems, self-esteem, or even things like, "I don't feel anything". Sessions are designed to help you regulate your emotions and build healthier relationships. Both with yourself, and others.
Do I have to talk about my past?
Only if you want to. We can stay in the present until you're ready to go deeper.
Are Sunday sessions available?
Yes! Limited Sunday slots are open every week. Book in advance to reserve your preferred time.
Is online therapy really effective?
Yes! It's just as powerful as in-person therapy. But if you're uncomfortable with screens or virtual contact, then offline sessions might work better for you.
What if I don't know what to say in a therapy session?
That's okay. I'll guide the session and we'll figure out what to do together.
What if I'm not sure that therapy is working for me?
Let's talk about it! Therapy is a partnership, and your feedback helps us course-correct if needed.
