Anxiety, Burnout, Love & More
Running Out of Fuel | Burnout
You keep pushing, but wonder how much longer you can keep going
No matter how much you do, it never feels like enough
Every little task feels like it takes everything out of you
You snap at people even though you don't want to
It feels like you never seem to catch up with life coz there's always something to take care of
You're mentally exhausted but you just cannot switch off the "go-mode"

Love Feels Like A Lot | Anxiety in Relationships
You want closeness but you keep pushing people away
You get into the same fights with your partner over and over again
You say things that you don't mean, or you shut down completely during arguments
You always put others first, and then feel invisible
You have trouble relaxing in or enjoying intimate moments with your partner
You somehow always end up falling for "the wrong person"
Don't Know Why | Unresolved Trauma
You feel sad or low for no reason
You feel like you have to stay calm on the outside, but you're boiling inside
Some days you're okay, but other days you're just dragging yourself through life
You're surprised by how much some "little things" literally sting you
It feels like something's missing, but you can't pinpoint at what it is
You can't seem to let go of past arguments

The Hard Stuff I Can Help You With

What Therapy Looks Like at Munnsense Counselling
More than anything, I'm a therapist that works with curiosity. So, you and I together explore your patterns, your pain, or the parts of you that feel unheard. We learn to listen to your thoughts. We learn to listen to what your body is trying to say.
All at a pace that feels right for you.
Starting therapy with me is simple:
1) You submit the form or drop an email to say hi
2) We chat briefly via email or set up a free 10 min call
to see if we're a good fit
3) I send a consent form & booking link
4) You fill out the form, choose a slot,
make the payment, and we begin
As a trauma-informed therapist, I blend parts work, body-based techniques, mindfulness, and a person-centered, client-centric approach in my sessions. My role is to hold space for the real, whole you. No pressure to "be strong". Just a gentle invitation to be honest.
And from there, we take it one conversation at a time.
